- Electrification of a village near Talasari, in Gujarat.
- Equipped an Operation Theatre and a Maternity Ward at the Primary Health Centre, Saphala.
- Soundproofed and air-conditioned three classrooms at the Helen Keller Institute.
- Reconstructed dwelling units at Bhiwandi.
- Established a Vocational Training Unit at Phansa village, in Gujarat.
- Built a garden cum playground on the terrace of Asha Dham.
- Provided partitioned cabins for doctors and a Pathology Laboratory at Saphala.
- Renovated a room with partitions and a sound system at Savera Handicapped.
- Provided water tanks and renovated toilet blocks and bathrooms at King George V Memorial at Worli. Constructed sanitary blocks S.G.B.C. in Phansa.
- Started a Training Centre for Women at Mazagaon.
- Furnished a canteen and dining hall at Vashi with a refrigerator and water cooler.
- Started a Language Laboratory with a soundproofed and air-conditioned classroom equipped with six cassette players.
- Constructed a Recreation Room at the National Association for the Blind, in Ambernath.
- Constructed a Ward for Assisi Bhavan (an old age home), in Goregaon.
- Equipped the General Ward at Masina Hospital with nine beds and a Burns Unit, the first of its kind in Maharashtra.
- Provided playground equipment to Anza School for the mentally challenged, at Byculla.
- Renovated the library and provided a water cooler at Sir J.J. School, in Fort.
- Provided a cottage consisting of one hall, five rooms, a kitchen, a storeroom, and a dispensary.
- Constructed a playground at Asha Sadan, Dongri.
- Renovated and furnished the Day Care Centre at Marol.
- Built 13 tenements at Latur.
- Constructed 10 more tenements at Latur.
- Created a Cancer Clinic Department at Masina Hospital.
- Equipped a Therapy Room for the crippled children at S.E.C. School, at Agripada.
- Provided an Early Intervention Centre for mentally challenged children at A.K. Munshi Yojana, in Null Bazaar.
- Donated playground equipment for the spastic children at Dharavi.
- Renovated an Operation Theatre and constructed a Polyclinic at Byculla.
- Built a Vocational Training Unit for the blind, at Surendranagar, a village victimised by the earthquake.
- Constructed a bore well, water pump and provided connections, at Mission City of India, Belapur.
- Donated a Mobile Screening Outreach Van to the Ophthalmic Department of B.Y.L. Nair Hospital, equipped with diagnostic care tools worth Rs. 10 lakhs.
- Donated a generator to B.Y.L. Nair Hospital for the Outreach Van, at Rs. 88,832.
- Provided four wheelchairs to the S.E.C. School, at Agripada.
- Donated four computers to B.J.P.C. School.
- Donated a spiral mixer and microwave oven to Om Creations, at Rs. 48,000.
- Provided a syringe driver to the Masina Hospital Burns Unit, at Rs. 15,000.
- Donated a computer system and eye surgery equipment to the Ophthalmic Department of B.Y.L. Nair Hospital, at Rs. 53,000.
- Donated two speakers, microphones and a television to Bai Avabai Petit School, in Bandra.
- Provided a medium-sized refrigerator, different-sized drums and a trolley to the Ophthalmic Department of B.Y.L. Nair Hospital.
- Donated two computers to the Bai Gamadia Girls High School, at Marine Lines.
- Provided two computers to the Bangallee Girls High School.
- Donated a Philips DVD Music System to Athornan Boarding Madressa, at Dadar Athornan Institute.
- Renovated and furnished a room for a Computer Lab at the S.E.C. School, at Agripada, and donated 15 computers, at Rs. 2.2 lakhs.
- Donated a sewing machine, screen printer, padding, drying racks and chocolate moulds to Om Creations, King George V Memorial Hospital, Mahalaxmi, at Rs. 38,000.
- Renovated a dormitory at the Smt. Kamla Mehta Dadar School for the Blind, at Rs. 50,000.
- Donated nine P.C.O. booths till date.
